It describes our services; it is not a contract.
The site explains the recruiting services of Affinity Search Partners. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services on particular terms. Any engagement is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties, and if that agreement and this site ever disagree, the agreement controls.

We may write to professionals, and anyone can end that with a reply.
Affinity Search Partners may send business email to professionals whose roles relate to the services we provide. Anyone who receives one can stop further messages by replying to it. The privacy policy describes how we handle that information.

Illustrations are illustrations, not results.
Profiles, boards, charts, checklists and figures shown on this site or in any sample we link to are sample data. They are not results for any client and do not promise any outcome.
VAcceptable use
Use the site lawfully and leave it as you found it.
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not disrupt it, try to gain unauthorized access to it or to the systems behind it, probe or test it for weaknesses, or copy its content by automated means.

This site links to our main website at affinitysearchpartners.com and to our LinkedIn company page, and it loads its typeface from Google Fonts. LinkedIn and Google Fonts are run by third parties, and their own terms govern your use of them.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or employment advice.
IXLimits on our liability
Our responsibility for the site is narrow and capped.
To the extent the law allows, Affinity Search Partners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

If misuse of the site causes us a claim, you cover it.
You agree to indemnify Affinity Search Partners against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
XIGoverning law and disputes
Tennessee law and arbitration in Williamson County.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be settled by binding arbitration in Williamson County, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where the law does not permit arbitration.

The usual housekeeping.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
